Eldora Ski Area
Eldora is Boulder and Estes Parks' Backyard Ski Area
Located just 21 miles west of Boulder and 45 minutes from restes Park - Eldora provides easy access for a full-day of skiing or a couple hours on those powder mornings.

• Eldora is skiing, snowboarding, cross country and snowshoe friendly!
• Eldora opened for skiing in 1962.
• Eldora receives 300 inches of snow per year.
• Eldora boasts Colorado's best snowmaking system. Coverage is 100% of groomed terrain, more than any other resort in Colorado!
• The base area of Eldora has an elevation of 9,200 feet above sea level. Top elevation is 10,800 feet.

Eldora has 4 Terrain Parks - all accessible by the Sundance lift, and visible from the base area.The Terrain Parks are open from 9am to 4pm, and are located on the following trails: Sundance trail, Corkscrew trail, Quickway trail and Foxtail trail. There are
multiple lines for all abilities (Beginner, Intermediate and Expert). Freestyle terrain may include half-pipes, as well as terrain parks and terrain features. They are provided for your enjoyment and offer adventure, challenge and fun.
You may only recognize us as a ski area, but we are pleased to offer our Indian Peaks Lodge for your special event. It defines Rocky Mountain elegance with elk chandeliers, alpine log accents, and walls of windows which frame spectacular mountain views. The Peaks Lodge is surrounded with majestic scenery in a natural mountain meadow.
With over 5,000 square feet in the main seating area and plenty of room for dancing , this spacious party room is the perfect place to hold an afternoon or evening celebration. The outdoor area with a manicured lawn is perfect for ceremonies and extended wedding festivities. We have separate areas available for use by the Bride and Groom as well as their wedding party.
