You may not have been thinking of wine country when you came to Colorado. However, the majestic valleys of Colorado's Rocky Mountains are blessed with warm days, cool nights and low humidity - perfect conditions for the cultivation of wine grapes with the complex character and chemistry required to produce a number of award-winning wines.

You can try many of these wonderful wines during your visit to Estes Park. Two Colorado wine tasting rooms are located in the downtown area. Together, they offer tastings of over 50 wines from around the state, including wines made right in Estes Park. Many more wineries are
located within an easy drive.
