    Sitting at 9,017 feet, the Dillon Reservoir spans 3,300 acres and boasts 25 miles of shoreline surrounded by magnificent peaks. The reservoir is a wonderful summer recreation spot, offering activities for many ages and interests. Check out the Dillon Marina, where you can rent boats, SUPs, kayaks and more.

    Dillon also offers 26 miles of town trails, lakeside parks, and paths. Bike or walk the Recreation Path to the Frisco side of the lake and play at the Peninsula Recreation Area, where you’ll find a disc golf course, day lodge, multi-purpose field, campgrounds, trails and a skate and bike park.

    Purchase a Colorado fishing license and try your hand at catching one of the reservoir’s 50,000 rainbow trout, stocked annually by the Colorado Division of Wildlife.
