Jake and David have been a part of the Colorado sausage industry for over a decade running Denver’s most prominent sausage establishment, Euclid Hall. The years dedicated to their craft has given them a special opportunity to branch out on their own to bring you “The Wright Way Sausage Company”. A hand-crafted butchery that specializes in uniquely flavored small batch sausages made with Colorado meat. The expertise they have collected over their years of cooking has given them the ability to build nearly any flavor profile into a sausage. Through their creativity and passion, they are striving to bring Colorado never before seen or thought of sausage flavors. We'll have flavors including Green Chile & Cheese, Nashville Hot Chicken, Talnua Whiskey Blue Cheese, and Chili Cheese Keilbasa.
