"Crunchy Critter Cuisine" will highlight the nutritional value of edible insects, both locally and around the world. Speakers are Dr. Amy Franklin, Founder and President of Farms for Orphans, and Nate Hines, Co-Owner of The Welsh Rabbit. Admission is $5/person, which includes entry into the four galleries at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures.
