Mediterranean Diet and Recipe Swap

"The Benefits of a Mediterranean Diet" and an international recipe swap will be presented from 1-3 pm Saturday, July 21, at the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures.  A representative from the Kendall Reagan Nutrition Center at Colorado State University will explore the nutritional advantages of the Mediterranean diet, followed by an ancestral/ethnic recipe swap among audience members.  Admission is $5/person, which includes entry into the Museum's four galleries.  The program is in conjunction with the Museum's Main Gallery exhibit, "Serve It Up!
