Moonlight Dinner Series - Hawaiian Luau

April 20, 2019

Arapahoe Basin, 28194 US-6, Keystone, CO

Arapahoe Basin's annual Moonlight Dinner Series highlights cuisine from mountain regions of the world. These dining experiences are held at the beautiful Black Mountain Lodge at mid-mountain, and include a four-course buffet-style dining experience and live entertainment.

Food and Beverage Director Christopher Rybak welcomes Executive Chef Steven Vlass, who brings extensive culinary experience and a passion for creativity to these unique dining events. Chef Vlass will take your palate on a journey around the world, sourcing the ingredients, spices and recipes that make for a memorable night. "These dinners are a night for everyone attending to enjoy and to be educated about global cuisine," said Chef Vlass.

Our second randonee dinner of the season will feature foods of a classic Luau. The Hawaiian culture is filled with fascinating customs, music, legends, and - most importantly - incredible food. This dinner features live entertainment from a Hawaiian dance troupe, so you may also learn some new moves!

Unlike other Moonlight Dinners, this is not a lift-served event; guests must skin or snowshoe up to Black Mountain Lodge at mid-mountain and ski or hike down afterward in the moonlight.
