Women's Trail Running Group

The Women's trail running training group is for women who have some trail running experience who are seeking camaraderie, expert coaching, explore new trails and to meet new running buddies.

This 12 week program starts on April 1st, and entails joining 1-2 weekly coached runs at different trails all across the front range leading up to the Eagle half marathon on June 24th with options for shorter distance races too.
