How to Create a Daily Deal

Login to ColoradoInfo.com

To login to ColoradoInfo.com, go to www.coloradoinfo.com/user.

Adding Your Daily Deal

Now that you're logged in, in the top left corner is the "Add Content" dropdown.  Click the button that says "Daily Deal".  

Filling Out Your Daily Deal's Information

Once you've selected Daily Deal, you will need to fill out the required information.  You will also need to upload your logo and a photo.

Configuration Tab

Title
In the 'Title' box list your deal. (Example: "15% Off Ski Rentals") 

Deal Location Title
This box is the name of your business.

Address
List your bussiness's physical address here.  This address will automatically generate a google map of your location on your Daily Deal.

Phone
Optional. If you would like customers to be able to call you, list your business's phone number here.

Website
Choose the link you would like customers to visit from your Daily Deal page.  The website URL must include the http:// or https:// prefix. 

Logo
Upload your business's logo.  

Deal Type
List what type of deal this is. (Examples: Activity, Lodging or Event)

Deal Expiration
Put in your deal's expiration here. Once the expiration date has been reached, your deal will automatically be taken off the website, however you will still be able to view and edit your deal from your ColoradoInfo.com Account.

Location Tab

Deals Location
Select the checkbox of the city your business is located in.  If you have more than one location, you can select more than one city.

Body Tab

Body
The body is where you will add a description of your deal.  Include Promo Codes or restrictions here if applicable. 

Gallery Tab

Photos
Upload one or more photos of your business here.

Saving & Editing Your Listing

Once you are done filling out all of your information hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.  When the listing is done saving you will be shown a preview of what your listing will look like.  If you are happy with the listing, then you are done.  Do not select "Preview" before you save!  All your work will be lost.

Your Daily Deal will not be live on the website until a site administrator approves it.  Please allow up to 3 business days for approval.

If you would like to go back and make changes, either log back in or click on "Hello Username" at the top right corner.  You will see the name of the Daily Deal you just created and next to that is an "Edit" button.  You can edit and save the listing as many times as you'd like.
