Colorado Performing Arts
Though thoroughly steeped in Western and Gold Rush history, Colorado has taken its place among the best states for performing arts.
We are home to the wonderful Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Opera Colorado and the Denver Center Theatre Company as well as the Breckenridge Music Festival, Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival and Telluride Bluegrass Festival.
Venues include Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities, Buell Theater, Colorado Springs Center for the Performing Arts, Lakewood Cultural Center and many more.
Ballet, symphonies, live theater, chorale and dance performances are presented to appreciative audiences throughout the year.
In addition, the School for the Performing Arts in northeastern Colorado and Parker Performing Arts School provide instruction in a variety of disciplines.
