The menu is all about helping customers build their own bowls of tasty goodness. They will choose from a variety of styles and combinations of meats and vegetables – like fresh basil, sprouts, jalapenos and lime juice – and sauces.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are offered (including a vegan broth). All dishes use poultry, meat and seafood that is naturally raised, healthy and organic. Locally sourced ingredients are used whenever possible.
