New Horizons Prospect
Colorado’s first New Urbanist community is designed to minimize the negative impact on the land around Longmont. Located on an 80-acre tree farm in south Longmont, Prospect features narrow, tree-lined streets connecting homes to numerous parks, public amenities, shops, and offices. The result is a uniquely livable blend of traditional and modern planning concepts in various architectural styles.
