Teaching Tree Open House: “Little Plates for Little People”

The outdoor event will feature a silent auction and live music from the Waido Experience. Community members are encouraged to bring the entire family to enjoy a variety of games and activities for all ages. The Sweaty Moose Food Truck will serve their “Colorado-style comfort foods” alongside a variety of complimentary appetizers and beverages. Staff will offer tours of the facility throughout the evening.  
 
The event is free to attend, though guests are encouraged to make donations. Advance registration is required. Attendees who donate $50 or more with their registration will receive a voucher for a complimentary meal during the event from Sweaty Moose. Community members can register to attend at teaching-tree.org/little-plates.

Mix and mingle with the community while raising awareness and funds for Meals on Wheels of Loveland & Berthoud.Meals of Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud is taking the streets of downtown Loveland again this year on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. for its annual Meals on 4th fundraiser. Join friends and colleagues from throughout the community for the most talked about event of the summer!Join Meals on Wheels of Loveland & Berthoud for a casually elegant dinner served under the big blue sky, in the heart of downtown Loveland, CO. You’ll enjoy a delicious six-course meal, live music, plus local brews and wines.Mix and mingle with the community while raising awareness and funds for Meals on Wheels of Loveland & Berthoud.

Register for the Alzheimer’s Association Ride to End ALZ and join us for a fully supported road ride in Fort Collins, CO, on Sunday, June 12, 2022. Together we will accelerate scientific progress in the fight against
America’s sixth-leading cause of death.  Ride in confidence with rest stops, SAG vehicles and extra safety precautions, along with the best post-party that includes a fully-catered lunch.

The Ride to End ALZ is a road cycling event for a range of riders, whether you’re a novice cyclist, weekend warrior or avid enthusiast. Choose a fully-supported route between 20-100 miles that all start and finish at Canvas Stadium on the CSU campus in Fort Collins. Challenge yourself to go the distance for all those affected while raising funds and awareness to advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s.

13th Annual Tee It Up Golf Scramble

BOEC’s Tee It Up Golf Scramble is an annual fundraiser held at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course each August. All proceeds from this event benefit BOEC’s adaptive outdoor programs for those with disabilities and special needs. 36 teams of four participate in a shotgun start at 10:00am with a scramble format that plays off the best ball for each hole.Prizes are awarded for the winning team, 2nd place team, 3rd place team, closest to the pin (women – #6), closest to the pin (men – #7), longest drive (men – #1), longest drive (women – #18), Beat the Pro (#9), and longest putt (#10).Individual entry is $700 per foursome. Your registration includes 18 holes with cart, bagged lunch, access to a virtual silent auction, and contests. Please check in with BOEC staff when you arrive for your tee time.This 13th Annual Edition figures to be another fun-filled event on Monday, August 22nd at 10:00am. Remember, just by playing some golf, you are making a difference in the lives of many!

Lions and tiger and beers? Oh my! Moonlight on the Mountain is Cheyenne Mountain Zoo’s first 21-and-older evening event of the season! Sample beer, wine and, and delicious eats from regional restaurants (while supplies last).
